A new partnership between AllKidsCan and Thomas’s
Book Now

Through our partnership, AllKidsCan will provide the very best of after school care and support to the children of Thomas's Clapham.

What are ACE Clubs?

ACE Clubs were devised in collaboration with Thomas's Clapham Leadership and AllKidsCan, to bring together the very best of the core values both companies share, ensuring that the children will have the best experience for their after school care. We believe that ACE can be defined as:

A - Activities
This represents the range of fun and exciting activities we will have on offer for your children at the provision.

C - Care
The care of your children is paramount, and the impeccable standard which is at the very core of our values at AllKidsCan. Your children will be happy, safe and in an environment where they will thrive.

E - Enrichment
Representing the highest of standards, enrichment and meaningful service we will offer children and families within the Thomas's community.

The association between Thomas's Clapham's and All Kids Can is grounded by the alignment of the core values we both share. Their focus on the child experience, their calmness and of course, their kindness, make All Kids Can a fit for our community.

Who we are

AllKidsCan is a specialist and inclusive child care provider specialising in delivering a range of high quality childcare and sport provision in schools and community settings.

Since 2015 we have provided high quality provision in up to 70 schools across the south east of London delivering after school clubs and wrap-around care to over 1000 children per week.

AllKidsCan is also a specialist Short Breaks provider for children with disabilities in The Royal Borough of Greenwich, providing vital respite for their families and carers.

From the moment we met with Nathan and David, and entered Thomas’s surroundings we sensed that AllKidsCan would be a perfect provider of care for their children. Since then we have had an eagerness to provide a meaningful provision. We are committed to running a child centred solution that will work for the whole of the Thomas’s community.

FAQs

All bookings for the ACE Clubs will be run through our website with a dedicated page for Thomas’s children to process all bookings where bookings will be open a month in advance. All bookings will need to be paid for in advance in order for the bookings to be secured.

We intend to have a set number of places for parents to allow for last minute bookings, there will be a cut off time each day of 12:00.

The activities within ACE Clubs will be very much children centred and incorporate lots of activities such as games, arts and crafts and sports along with cooking activities. Children will be able to enjoy these activities in a relaxed but structured environment supported by trained, enthusiastic and proactive staff.

The club will run from the art block mainly along with the reception classes and have access to all outside areas including the dragons den play area.

We will have a number of options open to the parents of Thomas’s. The main provision for ACE Clubs will run from after school to 18:00. We will have additional options for parents who are already attending existing after school clubs and will be able to book after club care from 17:00 (or end of club) to 18:00. We will also have a solution to take over the existing activity room for Key Stage 1 children who finish at 15:30 until the club starts.

In order for your child to attend the ACE Clubs, you will need to register them via our website so that we have the most up to date information. Once registered there will be no obligation to book and your registration will be held for the academic year. Unfortunately we will not be able provide services to your child, unless they are registered with AllKidsCan.

As well as our Ace Clubs, the intention will be to start a holiday programme from October half term, and then run subsequent holiday provision across every holiday throughout the year.
